Previously part of Lorien Plc., Lorien Customer Focus has a long-standing history with the automotive industry, providing research, training and digital marketing solutions. LCF now operates in a wider marketplace with a global reach and concentrates on delivering a measurable impact on our clients' business.

Our main activities are the provision of:

  • Training, mainly in customer service
  • Customer and employee research and practical solutions for improvement
  • Dynamic content marketing services

Originally two separate divisions, Lorien Training and Lorien Research combined forces in 2009 to provide clients with a strong combined offering of employee and customer research and training. Their mission is to get clients closer to their customers, by developing their brand by maximising the link between customer information, customer communication and customer service.
